8 recipes with a green twist in your cocktail or mocktail
You might not know it yet, but matcha works surprisingly well in cocktails and mocktails! This blog post features 8 recipes (4 cocktails + 4 mocktails). Matcha's unique, umami-rich flavor adds an earthy kick to your drink and also provides an antioxidant boost. To make it extra delicious, use a good, non-bitter quality matcha . For a smooth, lump-free result, use a matcha whisk to first whisk the matcha with a little water until it forms a paste.
